The "Sogang Korean Revised 3rd Edition" has been designed to help learners efficiently acquire language and culture, based on the extensive teaching experience of the instructors at Sogang University’s Korean Language Education Center. This edition reflects the latest trends to keep up with the changing times and incorporates feedback from those who cherish Sogang, enhancing convenience for both educators and learners.

The "Sogang Korean Revised 3rd Edition" is structured around a 200-hour curriculum, consisting of:

• 100 hours of speaking,

• 25 hours of reading and speaking,

• 25 hours of listening and speaking,

• 50 hours of writing.

In August 2024, we published:

• Sogang Korean Student’s Book 1A & 1B,

• Sogang Korean Workbook 1A & 1B,

• Sogang Korean Hangeul, and

• Sogang Korean Writing Book 1A & 1B.

Following this, we are introducing:

• Sogang Korean Student’s Book 2A & 2B and

• Sogang Korean Writing Book+ 2A & 2B.

The "Sogang Korean Writing Book+ 2A & 2B" has been newly structured by combining the previous Writing Book and Workbook, reflecting the needs of both teachers and learners.

All content in the "Sogang Korean Student’s Book" is designed so that learners can intuitively grasp the context through illustrations. Additionally, vocabulary and grammar are taught through conversations and activities to improve both fluency and accuracy.

By scanning a QR code, learners can access recorded dialogues. The appendix includes a variety of engaging and unique Sogang-style conversational activities. Words and expressions are translated according to their contextual meanings and compiled in a separate "Grammar & Vocabulary Reference Book."
